Gartner recognizes CybelAngel as a “Best of Breed” solution in their Competitive Landscape: Digital Risk Protection Services report.
The leading research and advisory firm Gartner has named CybelAngel in its recent Competitive Landscape: Digital Risk Protection Services (DRPS) report to clients. Gartner defines DRPS as “a combination of technology and services in order to protect critical digital assets and data from external threats. These solutions provide visibility into the open (surface) web, social media, dark web, and deep web sources to identify potential threats to critical assets and provide contextual information on threat actors, their tools, tactics, and processes for conducting malicious activity.” CybelAngel’s digital risk protection offering includes Data Breach Prevention, Asset Discovery and Monitoring, Account Takeover Prevention, Domain Protection, and Dark Web Monitoring. CybelAngel also offers professional services such as special investigations and cyber due diligence services. The DRPS report is the latest mention of CybelAngel in Gartner reporting. Last year, Gartner named CybelAngel in two of its influential Hype Cycle categories: Digital Risk Protection Solutions and Cyber & IT Risk Management.
In the DRPS report Gartner notes:
“CybelAngel is best of breed for the data leakage detection use case, including detection of leaked data that can be accessed outside the enterprise perimeter, such as public cloud environments or connected storage devices.”
CybelAngel customers say it even better: As of today, “CybelAngel is the only solution that helps detect a potential security crisis before it effectively gets one.” (Group CISO, Lagardere), “demonstrating unique capabilities for discovering, indexing, and taking down exposed connected storage devices, databases, and cloud infrastructure” (EVP Cybersecurity, Media Industry).
As Erik Hart, Cushman & Wakefield’s CISO put it: “Cybelangel plays a crucial role in our cybersecurity protection arsenal, to make sure we monitor and act fast on threats outside our perimeter.”
